A total of 76 winches are employed to provide the versatile power flying system, and another 12 portable point hoists add an extra resource to the theatre technicians’ armoury. Flown rails frame the four sides of the main theatre and the 60 flying bars are managed using the micro-accurate Stage Technologies’ Chameleon software, which itself raises the bar of industry standards.
