As one of the longest-established theatre automation companies in the world, with a permanent presence in four continents, Stage Technologies has a lot to offer professionals and graduates on the lookout for theatre automation jobs.
In 2008 Delstar Engineering (www.delstar.co.uk) merged with Stage Technologies, in recognition of the strong synergy between Delstar's design and manufacturing capability and Stage Technologies' automation expertise. Between us we offer turnkey design, stage equipment manufacture and installation solutions for the largest of international venues as well as rental products.
Our mechanical, electronic and electrical design teams are at the top of their field and use only the highest calibre design tools. As an engineer in any of these fields, you’ll be in good company and you'll often find yourself working on high-profile projects.
Our automation engineers and project managers take travel in their stride, working in countries as diverse as Japan, Hawaii, Russia, China, Australia and the UAE, as well as places closer to home.
We actively support technical theatre schools and encourage applications from graduate engineers and students of stage disciplines for our internship and summer placement programmes. In the UK we also offer GSCE work experience for students interested in learning more about performance automation.
In July 2013 it was announced that TAIT had acquired Stage Technologies. Read the full press release here: http://ow.ly/x3WyQ.
