Stage Technologies has always been known for high quality customer care providing dedicated 24/7 telephone support with a secure database driven support website using tickets, complete with manuals, downloads and FAQ’s. Our equipment has many remote access features built-in, even enabling us to gain access to component level in the newer systems. Our systems have event monitoring which records events as they happen, allowing us to diagnose issues as quickly as possible. Up to now this has required us to either be sent a copy of an event log, or for us to dial-in and download the data before examining it.

Now with the launch of Connect the show database and event databases are securely synchronized every few minutes to our London headquarters, allowing us to access the data immediately. An added benefit is that there is a copy of the show database held offsite for backup purposes which always up to date. Security is obviously very important – there are no direct connections between the Stage Technologies and customer’s networks. All messages are transferred over SSL and buffered through a server outside the Stage Technologies internal network for security.
