All automation systems consist of three
distinct parts:
The Console is the interface that the operator uses to programme and run the system. Commands are sent to the positioning system and information received from it is displayed to the operator. Nomad, Acrobat or Illusionist – we have the console to suit any application.
The Positioning System is the real-time computer positioning system which
takes the commands from the console and
tells the electrical control system what
to do.
The Electrical Control system may contain inverters, servodrives, hydraulic controls for variable speed applications or contactors
for fixed speed machinery.
The console and positioning system may be used in conjunction with our own electrical control or be connected to an existing installed system.
Our
MaxisID product combines the positioning
control system and the electrical control
within a single package, which reduces
installation and commissioning time as
well as offering new features.
