In response to the announcement Paul told us, ‘I am naturally extremely pleased to be awarded fellowship status which is the highest grade of membership within the IMechE recognizing exceptional engineering achievement. This also brings to the fore the wealth of engineering activity required to support our industry now and into the future. My association with the Institution has been long and rewarding and I am continuing as Treasurer of the Suffolk & North Essex Area along with my regular involvement with the promotion of institution activities.’
