Trainers
Our automation trainers draw on a broad knowledge base of technical theatre, stage equipment manufacture, theatre installation, automation operation, and coaching techniques. Depending on the modules being taught, trainers will usually have further specialist fields of knowledge, such as electrical troubleshooting, mechanical troubleshooting and software.
Coordinators
We provide a training coordinator who organises initial discussions and develops a training solution and time line in partnership with the client. Our training coordinators are responsible for the smooth implementation of the training scheme and provide a single access point for discussions and comments while the course is underway.
The training coordinator is available throughout the tuition period and implements a quality control programme, making sure that decision makers and trainees alike are happy with progress because we believe that teaching is a two-way process.
